Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from workforce planning through offer and close
  • Lead and support HR projects, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement
  • Support end-to-end onboarding logistics for new hires and offboarding logistics for departing staff
  • Manage core HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent in professional HR settings
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including recruitment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
