Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from workforce planning through offer and close
- Lead and support HR projects, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement
- Support end-to-end onboarding logistics for new hires and offboarding logistics for departing staff
- Manage core HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent in professional HR settings
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including recruitment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
