Manager, Talent Management

Core responsibilities:

• Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from workforce planning through offer and close
• Lead and support HR projects, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement
• Design, administer, and continuously improve the organization's internship program
• Support end-to-end onboarding logistics for new hires and offboarding logistics for departing staff

This role supports and advances people operations at an organization working to safeguard against the worst impacts of climate change by catalyzing the rapid global development and deployment of low-carbon energy and other climate-protecting technologies.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent in professional HR settings
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including recruitment
• Experience working with international or global organizations preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams

CATF offers an excellent benefits package (details available on our careers page) and an annual salary range of $96,575 - $120,000 dependent on skills and experience. This is a full-time, remote position with location flexible within the United States.
