What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing, purchasing, forecasting, and delivery coordination for solar + battery equipment across Haven's project portfolio
  • Design and execute Haven's supplier strategy, including recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle metrics management
  • Manage distribution relationships across regions, ensuring equipment availability, allocation, drop-ship accuracy, and delivery timeliness
  • Collaborate with leadership to build Haven's long-term supply chain architecture, systems, and policies

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier management, or strategic sourcing, with at least 5 years in residential solar or energy storage
  • Strong technical understanding of residential solar + storage systems, including hardware components, interconnection requirements, and quality standards
  • Experience negotiating with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers
  • Background managing quality, cost control, and performance programs
