What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of frontend engineers, providing technical direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of frontend applications, converting designs into high-quality pixel-perfect UI.
- Set team standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in code reviews to develop a strong engineering culture.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, Solution Architects, Backend Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience with Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience leading frontend teams, setting technical standards, and driving delivery through mentorship and collaboration.
- Expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and modern frontend build tools.
