Manager, Revenue Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the team responsible for developing and implementing pricing tools, algorithms, and capabilities to support revenue management activities
• Execute monthly pricing processes and analyze results of pricing initiatives
• Lead the revenue management department's data processing and storage strategy, developing innovative methods for leveraging automation and data analysis
• Build and manage a best-in-class operations, analytics, and reporting team

This role supports Republic Services' vision to partner with customers to create a more sustainable world by developing pricing tools and data analysis capabilities that drive revenue growth and pricing optimization for environmental services.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience and demonstrated proficiency with quantitative tools and languages, including MS SQL, Python, dbt, or similar data management tools
• 5+ years of experience building, managing and manipulating large data sets in complex database environments, including on-prem SQL servers and cloud environments like Snowflake and AWS
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing highly technical teams and projects directly or in a matrix capacity across multiple teams
