Manager, Revenue Operations

• Lead the team responsible for developing and implementing pricing tools, algorithms, and capabilities to support revenue management activities
• Execute monthly pricing processes and analyze results of pricing initiatives to drive informed decision making
• Lead the revenue management department's data processing and storage strategy, developing innovative methods for leveraging automation and data analysis
• Build and manage a best-in-class operations, analytics, and reporting team while ensuring professional development and growth of technical staff

This role supports Republic Services' vision to partner with customers to create a more sustainable world by optimizing revenue operations that fund environmental services, recycling initiatives, and sustainability innovation projects.

• Master's degree preferred, with Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, etc.) required
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership setting, responsible for maintenance and optimization of data products, dashboards, and technical tools
• 5+ years of experience and demonstrated proficiency with quantitative tools including MS SQL, SAS, R, Python or similar statistical software
• 5+ years of experience building, managing and manipulating large data sets in complex database environments with expertise in database design and ETL processes
