Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide direction and supervision to the on-shift Operations team in day-to-day job activities and responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive continuous improvement to reduce and eliminate operational issues
  • Monitor real-time activity, performance, and operational status of all wind and solar assets including dispatching generation and complying with transmission directives
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and offtaker agreements

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, or relevant experience in electrical & power generation
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Renewable Control Center Operations
  • PJM GO Certification required within 6 months of employment and NERC Certification required within 12 months
  • Technical knowledge of plant and system processes and experience operating electrical or SCADA systems
  • Ability to interpret NERC, ERCOT, WECC, CAISO, PJM, and SPP regulations and requirements

The pay rate depends on geographic location, skills, experience, education, training and certifications, with a salary range of $135,000—$160,000 USD across all U.S. locations. This role is eligible for an annual cash bonus.
