Manager, Regional Mobilization - West, 2YR Fixed Term

• Implement AIUSA's grassroots mobilization, activism, and movement building strategy in the West region across all member types.
• Train and develop activist leaders, partnering with them to build an organized member-led movement.
• Manage day-to-day regional activism operations and cultivate grassroots people power.

This role directly strengthens the human rights movement by empowering grassroots activists and leaders to create lasting change in the West region and beyond.

• Experience in grassroots organizing, movement building, or community mobilization.
• Strong training and leadership development skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage regional operations.
