Manager, Regional Mobilization - West, 2YR Fixed Term

• Implement AIUSA's grassroots mobilization, activism, and movement building strategy in the West region, covering 13 states.
• Train and develop AIUSA's activist leaders, partnering with them to build an organized member-led movement.
• Manage day-to-day regional activism operations, cultivating and sustaining grassroots people power.
• Collaborate with other teams, members, and external partners to advance human rights work in the United States.

This role empowers grassroots activists and builds a powerful movement for human rights, enabling sustainable change and advancing justice across the United States.

• Experience in grassroots organizing, movement building, or community engagement.
• Strong leadership and training skills to develop volunteer leaders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of human rights issues and commitment to Amnesty International's mission.
