Manager, Proposals

• Lead end-to-end proposal management across RFPs, RFIs, and permits throughout the Amer-APAC region, including kickoff, timeline development, stakeholder coordination, drafting, and final submission.
• Analyze procurement documents to identify key priorities, evaluation criteria, eligibility requirements, and competitive considerations, translating complex requirements into actionable proposal strategies.
• Build and improve internal proposal infrastructure, including best practices, templates, toolkits, and content libraries, to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the team.
• Support strategic market development efforts through occasional travel to key markets for pre-tender workshops, cross-functional meetings, and/or local planning sessions.

This role helps Lime secure permits and contracts to expand shared, affordable, carbon-free transportation options, reducing reliance on cars and lowering emissions in cities worldwide.

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally spanning proposal management, project management, or public procurement
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft compelling offers and drive alignment across diverse cross-functional teams and audiences
• Experience reviewing and interpreting regulations, proposal documents, procurement materials, and/or city planning documents
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong judgment and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities
