Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Lead program budget development, budget management, and expense management and tracking using the UCS budget management system
- Review and approve program expenditures in the accounts payable system and program travel/credit expenses
- Provide supervisory leadership to the office operations team and support DC office facility needs
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline program operations processes and support effective communication flows

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and experience:
- Five to seven years of relevant nonprofit financial and budget management experience
- Experience with managing staff or consultants and developing/managing budgets
- Hands-on experience with a budget management system/software (Martus preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
