Manager, People & Culture

Core responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to support the full-cycle of recruiting for vacant positions
• Support payroll processing and maintain data integrity across HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits)
• Play a key role in onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring smooth, human-centered transitions
• Lead by example through fostering an inclusive, respectful, and positive workplace culture

This role helps build and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture at a company dedicated to eliminating single-use plastic packaging and prioritizing environmental sustainability, thereby supporting Blueland's mission to create effective, convenient, and affordable sustainable products.

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, People Operations, or a blended People & Culture role
• Must have 2-3 years of experience recruiting for a wide variety of vacancies
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems
• Experience with PEO and ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)

Salary: $90,000-110,000 per year.
