Manager, Partnerships Operations

• Manage fundraising CRM (Raiser's Edge NXT), including gift data entry, constituent data management, and system maintenance
• Develop data visualizations and reports to track fundraising progress and support data-informed decision-making
• Provide comprehensive strategic and administrative support to the Chief Growth Officer, including scheduling and project management
• Research and identify funding prospects aligned with Prime's mission and create comprehensive prospect profiles

This role enables Prime Coalition to effectively manage donor relationships and fundraising efforts, which directly supports the organization's mission to advance climate solutions with speed and scale through philanthropic capital.

• 5-7 years of education and professional experience with database management
• Experience working with fundraising CRMs (Raiser's Edge NXT preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong project management abilities
• Demonstrated experience supporting a senior leader and working collaboratively with diverse teams

Compensation: $108,000 - $124,500 annually. The organization values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and encourages applicants from all backgrounds. The role is fully remote within the United States with periodic travel for team offsites and meetings.
