Manager Operations & Systems QA

Core responsibilities:

• Ensure GMP compliance and perform Quality Assurance (QA) operations and systems activities for the Australia BioNTainer site
• Establish, maintain, and develop Quality Assurance (QA) Operations and Systems processes for the site
• Help develop and ensure the Quality mindset of the organization and preserve compliance with national and international regulations
• Provide oversight and support for quality system implementation and management

This role helps establish regional mRNA manufacturing facilities in Australia, making innovative healthcare accessible worldwide and improving global health by addressing diseases with high medical needs.

Required qualifications:

• University degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) in relevant scientific discipline
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry GMP/GDP
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., TGA, PIC/S, ICH)
• Quality Operations experience across pharmaceutical GMP functions
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
