Manager Operations Execution

• Supervise and coordinate resources and activities of an implementation team
• Create Project Plans that meet client needs and facilitate accurate account setup in InfoPro data management system
• Ensure procedures are followed to support effective establishment of business relationships with 3rd Party suppliers
• Monitor progress of multiple implementation project plans through documentation and business relationship establishment

This role helps Republic Services advance circularity and support decarbonization efforts, contributing to their vision of partnering with customers to create a more sustainable world through effective waste management and environmental solutions.

• 4-5 years progressively responsible project manager, accounting, technical support or account management experience
• 5 years working as a project manager or supervising a team in lieu of a degree
• Experience coordinating conference calls with sales staff, National Account staff and customers
• Ability to develop and provide training to internal and external customers regarding implementation processes

Compensation: $98,800 - $149,800 Annual
