What you will drive
- Optimize and execute sales development processes, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Manage marketing outreach and targeted campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Oversee sales tools (HubSpot, GovSpend) and develop dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategies and support RFP processes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in Ed-Tech or non-profit sales enablement, marketing development, or related sales support role.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot for sales and marketing campaign execution.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations.
