- Support the Development Team in advancing fundraising strategies to sustain and grow donor partnerships
- Track, analyze, and manage the donor and prospect pipeline, skillfully segment audiences, and develop thoughtful communication strategies
- Design, implement, and strengthen effective systems and processes with rigor and accountability
- Prioritize strategically, cultivate productive cross-team relationships, and help advance a disciplined, values-aligned fundraising operation
