Responsibilities

Core responsibilities:
- Support the Development Team in advancing fundraising strategies to sustain and grow donor partnerships
- Track, analyze, and manage the donor and prospect pipeline, skillfully segment audiences, and develop thoughtful communication strategies
- Design, implement, and strengthen effective systems and processes with rigor and accountability
- Prioritize strategically, cultivate productive cross-team relationships, and help advance a disciplined, values-aligned fundraising operation

This role expands access to SIS's embodied leadership and somatic coaching programs and ensures the organization's long-term financial health by advancing fundraising strategies that sustain and grow donor partnerships.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development operations
• Ability to track, analyze, and manage donor pipelines and segment audiences
• Skills in developing communication strategies to strengthen donor connection and engagement
