Manager, Nature and Water

• Lead development of Nature and Water programming across flagship events, including GreenBiz and Trellis Impact.
• Facilitate Trellis Network Nature community and Water circle peer groups, curating topics and leading discussions.
• Contribute to editorial content (articles, newsletters, briefings) translating complex topics into actionable insights.
• Build relationships with corporate sustainability leaders and ecosystem partners to identify market gaps and opportunities.

This role helps corporate sustainability leaders navigate nature and water risks and opportunities, accelerating the transition to a sustainable economy by shaping programming, community, and thought leadership that drives real-world action.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
• Practical experience with corporate nature and/or water initiatives, strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of how companies approach nature- and water-related challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Experience facilitating discussions, events, webinars, or community conversations; ability to operate proactively in a remote environment.

Salary range: $75,000 – $120,000 base plus $10,000 bonus potential (total $85,000 - $130,000).
