Mission
What you will drive
- Lead development of Nature and Water programming across flagship events, including GreenBiz and Trellis Impact.
- Facilitate Trellis Network Nature community and Water circle peer groups, curating topics and leading discussions.
- Contribute to editorial content (articles, newsletters, briefings) translating complex topics into actionable insights.
- Build relationships with corporate sustainability leaders and ecosystem partners to identify market gaps and opportunities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
- Practical experience with corporate nature and/or water initiatives, strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of how companies approach nature- and water-related challenges, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience facilitating discussions, events, webinars, or community conversations; ability to operate proactively in a remote environment.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Salary range: $75,000 – $120,000 base plus $10,000 bonus potential (total $85,000 - $130,000).
