Manager, Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation

We are seeking a Manager, Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation to join our team at Evidence Action. The Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MLE) systems across Evidence Action's programs. This includes designing and implementing MLE frameworks, developing and managing MLE plans, and ensuring that all programs are meeting their goals and objectives. The Manager will also be responsible for providing technical assistance to program teams and ensuring that all MLE activities are aligned with Evidence Action's overall strategy.

["Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international development, public health, economics, statistics, or a related field)", 'At least 8 years of experience in monitoring, learning, and evaluation, with a focus on international development', 'Proven experience in designing and implementing MLE systems, including developing and managing MLE plans and frameworks', 'Strong technical skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization', 'Excellent communication and project management skills', 'Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines']
