What you will drive

Manager - Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (EAII Advisors) is responsible for leading the development and implementation of monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MLE) systems for EAII Advisors' programs. This includes designing and implementing MLE frameworks, tools, and methodologies to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting. The Manager will work closely with program teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. The Manager will also provide technical assistance to program teams on MLE-related matters and ensure that all MLE activities are aligned with EAII Advisors' strategic objectives. The Manager will be responsible for managing a team of MLE specialists and will provide guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing the MLE budget and will ensure that all MLE activities are conducted in accordance with EAII Advisors' policies and procedures. The Manager will be required to travel frequently to EAII Advisors' program locations to provide technical assistance and support to program teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, public policy, statistics, or a related field). At least 8 years of experience in monitoring, learning, and evaluation, with a focus on program management and technical assistance. Proven track record of designing and implementing MLE systems, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization, including proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Stata) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including program teams, donors, and other external partners. Ability to travel frequently to EAII Advisors' program locations.
