What you will drive

The Manager, Maximum Impact Incubator will be responsible for leading the incubator team to achieve the highest impact for our portfolio companies. This role will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to drive growth, innovation, and success for our companies. The Manager will work closely with the incubator team, portfolio companies, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of our programs and services. This is a full-time position based in New York, NY. The Manager will report to the Director of the Maximum Impact Incubator. Responsibilities include: leading the incubator team, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and innovation, working closely with portfolio companies and stakeholders, and ensuring the effective execution of programs and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, entrepreneurship, and leadership. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 3-5 people, and will be expected to make key decisions that impact the success of the incubator and its portfolio companies. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, and ensuring that the incubator is operating within its financial means. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. They will also have a strong network of contacts in the startup community, and be able to leverage these relationships to drive growth and innovation for our portfolio companies. The Manager will be expected to travel occasionally, and will be required to work flexible hours as needed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, and who is also able to collaborate effectively with others. They will have a strong sense of urgency, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Profile
