Manager, Learning & Talent Development

• Lead the development and evolution of Canadian Solar University programs, ensuring compliance and effective training delivery.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of global learning programs, including strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate learning technology partners to support L&D initiatives.

This role drives employee growth and development, enabling Canadian Solar to scale its renewable energy impact by building a skilled, engaged workforce that advances solar and energy storage solutions globally.

• Bachelor’s degree in training and development, education, psychology, or related fields, or 5-7 years equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitation and executive-level presentation in-person and virtually.
• Strong experience with enterprise LMS platforms (Workday highly preferred).
• Proven ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance learning design and delivery.
