  • Lead the development and evolution of Canadian Solar University programs, ensuring compliance and effective training delivery.
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of global learning programs, including strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate learning technology partners to support L&D initiatives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in training and development, education, psychology, or related fields, or 5-7 years equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitation and executive-level presentation in-person and virtually.
  • Strong experience with enterprise LMS platforms (Workday highly preferred).
  • Proven ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance learning design and delivery.
