- Constructively develop and communicate key company positions across government agencies, industry organizations, and related stakeholders
- Engage in strategies supporting the company's global business interests
- Support the company's government relations communication strategy for internal and external communications
- Research and analyze legislative discussions at state level to implement report language and guidelines

Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of public policy and/or government affairs experience
- Experience researching and analyzing legislative discussions at state legislature level
- Experience seeking funding opportunities at state level (subsidies, tax credits, etc.)
- Experience managing relationships with local associations and building relationships with state/local communities
