Manager, Innovation and Learning

• Lead the design and implementation of innovation and learning strategies to improve program effectiveness.
• Develop and manage systems for capturing, analyzing, and disseminating lessons learned across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making.

This role directly contributes to Evidence Action's mission of scaling evidence-based interventions to improve the lives of millions in poverty, ensuring programs are continuously refined for maximum impact.

• 5+ years of experience in program management, learning, or innovation roles, preferably in international development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in low- and middle-income countries is a plus.
