Mission
What you will drive
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of mid-level individual donors and prospects, supporting cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities aligned with annual fundraising goals
- Support year-end fundraising efforts, including donor outreach, campaign coordination, and follow-up activities
- Develop donor-centric written materials including donor correspondence, stewardship updates, and solicitation communications
- Manage donor trips and events including dinners, receptions, briefings, and speaking engagements

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in International Development or related field
- At least six years of overall relevant professional experience or Master's Degree plus four years of relevant professional experience
- At least two years of direct, major gift fundraising experience
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and philanthropists
- Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office
