Manager, Individual Philanthropy - BRAC USA

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level individual donors and prospects, supporting cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities aligned with annual fundraising goals
• Support year-end fundraising efforts, including donor outreach, campaign coordination, and follow-up activities
• Develop donor-centric written materials including donor correspondence, stewardship updates, and solicitation communications
• Manage donor trips and events including dinners, receptions, briefings, and speaking engagements

This role advances BRAC USA's poverty alleviation programs by managing individual donor relationships and fundraising initiatives that support evidence-based poverty innovations in low-income countries.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in International Development or related field
• At least six years of overall relevant professional experience or Master's Degree plus four years of relevant professional experience
• At least two years of direct, major gift fundraising experience
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and philanthropists
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office
