Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as relationship manager for hub expansion communities, supporting site visits, partner cultivation, and ongoing relationship-building with anchor organizations like JCCs, Hillels, Federations, and synagogues.
- Support embedded staff across all hubs, building strong relationships with supervisors and ensuring alignment with Repair's model.
- Design, facilitate, and continuously improve the hub expansion cohort experience for embedded staff, including onboarding, monthly convenings, and professional development.
- Support the development and execution of hub expansion strategy, including market assessment, partner readiness evaluation, and launch planning.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of experience in Jewish communal organizations, nonprofit leadership, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Jewish education, facilitation, partnership development, or program leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to balance multiple concurrent timelines and priorities.
- Experience working across multiple communities or markets simultaneously.

Starting salary range: $60,000-$75,000 (full-time, exempt).
