Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background in finance, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions. Ability to work effectively with data, including financial modeling and forecasting.
