Manager, Foundation Relations - *REMOTE*

• Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate and family foundation prospects, maintaining ~60 warm leads.
• Submit 6–8 LOIs or grant proposals per month with a target win rate of 10% and overall revenue goal of $500,000.
• Act as main point of contact for family foundation partners, engaging CEO and Leadership Team as needed.
• Collaborate with Chapter Development Manager to equip chapters with tools for pursuing foundation funding.

This role directly increases Kesem's revenue, enabling the organization to expand its free programs for children impacted by a parent's cancer, fostering a lasting community and support network.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of progressively responsible management experience in Development, including at least two years with grant writing, reporting, and prospecting.
• Strong writing abilities and ability to give compelling presentations.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and comfort learning systems (e.g., Salesforce, Expensify, Hive).

Full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week. Remote work with flexible location. Travel 4-6 times per year within the US. Salary not specified.
