Manager, Financial Systems

• Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of NetSuite, ZipHQ, FloQast, Banking Applications and incoming FP&A and tax systems, including user setup, system configurations, system/software updates, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and optimize financial and tax systems to support key finance functions as the team grows.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across our systems.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

This role contributes to operational efficiency and scalability at Serve Robotics, supporting the company's mission to reimagine how things move in cities through robotic deliveries, which helps reduce street congestion and make deliveries more accessible.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 6-8 years of experience supporting and administering finance systems, ideally within a global organization.
• Experience with Netsuite required.
• Comprehensive understanding of SOX compliance and experience in supporting systems within a SOX-compliant environment.
