Manager, Field Operations

• Manage Arevon's Third-Party Construction Supervision Resources (3PCSR) to ensure they perform in Arevon's interests and maintain project budgets and schedules for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems.
• Oversee safety, quality, environmental standards, technical aspects, portfolio coordination, project coordination, personnel management, risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement across construction projects.
• Act as a technical expert and primary on-site point of contact, coordinating with EPCs, vendors, consultants, neighbors, off-takers, interconnection utilities, and AHJs.

This role contributes to affordable, reliable, and secure homegrown energy in the U.S. by managing renewable energy projects, advancing energy independence, and supporting American manufacturing and domestic energy production.

• Track record of working well within a team environment, taking ownership of processes and procedures, and enjoying solving real-world analytical problems.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently, highly skilled with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction drawings and contracts.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently, with up to 75% travel required.
• Preferred: 4-year degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, construction management, or similar discipline, and 5+ years of experience in utility-scale solar and BESS engineering, procurement, and construction.
