Manager, Field Education & Programs

Core responsibilities:

• Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of CERF+’s field education, readiness, and program initiatives
• Work closely with craft artists, field partners, and staff to design accessible, equitable, and responsive training and programs
• Steward program data and learning
• Represent CERF+ in the craft community and arts and culture sector

This role plays a key role in advancing mission-driven education and long-term investment in the well-being and preparedness of craft artists, creating positive change through accessible, equitable training and programs.

• Experience in program management and implementation
