Manager, Field Advancement

• Build and manage tools, systems, and frameworks that support outreach across chapters, ensuring consistency and adoption.
• Develop community partnership strategies and volunteer engagement pipelines to drive measurable growth in partnerships, volunteers, and revenue.
• Design and deliver training for field staff, analyze outreach performance, and pilot new engagement models to scale successful approaches.

This role enables the Parkinson's Foundation to expand its reach and deepen community engagement, directly improving care and accelerating research for people with Parkinson's disease by building scalable systems that drive partnerships, volunteer involvement, and fundraising.

• 5+ years experience in community engagement, outreach, or nonprofit field operations.
• Strong operational experience building systems and tools, with demonstrated ability to drive adoption across multiple teams.
• Experience influencing without direct authority, strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate strategy into practical frameworks.

Competitive salary range $65,000-$70,000, plus comprehensive benefits package. Includes 20% travel, occasional evenings/weekends.
