Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AIUSA's employee communication strategy to support an inclusive working environment and employee engagement
- Lead the development and implementation of multi-format content for internal communications channels
- Manage the People and Culture and IDEA units' respective SharePoint sites and optimize employee engagement-related content
- Partner with other departments to develop complementary employee communications and ensure alignment between staff and member-facing communications

Required qualifications:
- BA/BS and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or sufficient relevant work experience
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies for diverse audiences
- Excellent storytelling, writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with communications platforms like Slack, Asana, Teams, and Outlook
