Manager Digital Solutions

• Lead cross-functional Agile teams in the analysis, design, and development of strategic digital projects on the IT roadmap.
• Manage Tier 2 support operations for republicservices.com, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues and maintaining service availability.
• Oversee infrastructure and digital platform support functions, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage DevOps engineers and oversee the DevOps pipeline, including CI/CD processes and release management, to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.

This role supports Republic Services' vision to partner with customers to create a more sustainable world by ensuring the reliable operation of digital systems that enable recycling, waste management, and environmental solutions services.

• Minimum of 3 years of information systems management experience and 3 years of experience managing large, high volume, mission critical systems and development teams.
• Experience managing multiple teams comprised of offshore, nearshore, and local members in a hybrid environment of Premise and SaaS.
• Experience with highly transactional, e-Commerce websites and supporting complex systems with significant integration points and external Third Party systems through APIs.
• Thorough understanding and proven delivery experience with both traditional and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project methodologies, using tools such as Rally and Confluence.
