What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Define and lead digital product strategy aligned with Avangrid's strategic goals, customer needs, and sustainability objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of Digital Product Owners, providing coaching and professional development
- Oversee product portfolio execution across web, mobile, and emerging platforms to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Drive Agile product development, championing methodologies and ensuring consistent sprint planning and iterative delivery

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Digital, Business, or related field and 8+ years of experience in digital product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and digital transformation practices
- Leadership and strategic thinking skills including strategic planning, team leadership, change management, and executive communication
- Digital product management expertise including backlog management, sprint planning, product roadmapping, and customer journey mapping
