Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to streamline and centralize access to departmental resources and information, improving operational efficiency for frontline fundraisers.
  • Manage, optimize, and advise on information and project management platforms (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Asana, Salesforce, Slack).
  • Design and lead training sessions and develop supporting materials to ensure staff use platforms effectively.
  • Oversee solution design, strategic implementation, and change management for selected projects.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in fundraising, nonprofit, or academic setting, plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing information platforms (Microsoft Teams, Asana, SharePoint, Slack); familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • End-user experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills; ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
