Manager, Conference and Gatherings

• Coordinate event planning and manage participant, exhibitor, vendor, and stakeholder relationships for 10+ annual in-person gatherings, dozens of online programs, and the biennial Prizmah Conference.
• Manage internal program calendars, collect and disseminate information using collaborative tools, and collaborate with teams to manage simultaneous projects.
• Plan and manage event logistics including vendor coordination, production of event collateral, inventory management, shipping, and on-site support.
• Manage exhibitor, sponsor, and network associate sales, relationships, and logistics.

This role enables Jewish day school leaders to thrive by ensuring seamless execution of Prizmah’s programs and gatherings, fostering community and professional development within the Jewish day school network.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant program management, event management, or project management experience.
• Technologically fluent with collaborative tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of the Jewish community and day school landscape; ability to travel six or more times per year.
