Manager, Commercial Program Management

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end commercial program execution lifecycle for assigned initiatives, including supporting commercial leadership in defining objectives, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and establishing program management frameworks
• Foster effective communication and alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional meetings and delivering clear, actionable program updates
• Lead the proposal development process from opportunity identification through submission, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Support the creation, implementation, and optimization of partnership programs aligned with Kairos Power's business goals and mission

This role advances Kairos Power's mission to enable the world's transition to clean energy by driving business-critical partnerships and commercial initiatives that support the commercialization of safe, affordable nuclear reactor technology.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Masters in Business related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, customer/partner management or a related field
• Demonstrated success in building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing outcomes through collaboration and effective communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for creative solutions
