Manager, Commercial Portfolio Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee and support team members in day-to-day activities, ensuring they have resources and guidance to meet asset performance goals
• Manage operational health and performance of a growing portfolio of commercial solar projects
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identify and address project challenges
• Drive continuous process improvement to optimize project outcomes and provide regular reports to senior leadership

This role contributes to building a more sustainable future for the planet by ensuring optimal performance of commercial solar projects and supporting the transition to renewable energy.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in solar energy industry (Operations & Maintenance, Asset Management, or Field Service)
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience with solar monitoring DAS platforms and alerts, and reading/interpreting solar system design drawings
• Strong understanding of technical asset management, solar technology, monitoring systems, maintenance practices, and solar industry landscape
