Manager Business & Market Analytics

• Leads the development and execution of comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities across business, market, customer, and pricing domains to drive data-informed decision making.
• Partners with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing leadership to deliver actionable insights that enhance business performance, identify market opportunities, and optimize pricing strategies.
• Builds and leads a high-performing analytics function that transforms complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, enabling the organization to gain competitive advantage through data-driven decision making.

This role creates positive change by enabling data-driven decision making that enhances business performance, identifies market opportunities, and optimizes pricing strategies, ultimately supporting Republic Services' vision to partner with customers to create a more sustainable world.

• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, market analysis, or similar role with demonstrated ability to translate data insights into business strategy.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics tools including SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing data visualization solutions (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
