Manager, Business Development

• Identify and cultivate new major grant funders, managing prospecting and funder engagement strategies.
• Lead business development operations, including CRM management, proposal coordination, and grant reporting.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform revenue generation strategy and support proposal development.

This role directly supports Episcopal Relief & Development's mission by securing funding for programs that alleviate poverty, respond to disasters, and promote sustainable development in communities worldwide.

• Bachelor's degree in international development, business, or related field; minimum 5 years experience with international development organizations, including 3 years supporting resource mobilization.
• Demonstrated experience managing proposals and funder relationships, with familiarity of bilateral agencies (e.g., USAID) and private foundations.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; Spanish, Portuguese, or French preferred.

Annual salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Competitive, comprehensive benefits package offered.
