Manager, Asset Management

Core responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding solar and battery sites from NTP to COD and post-COD operations, ensuring maximum availability and compliance with financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements
• Manage project onboarding and closeout processes, develop operations project management task lists, and coordinate technical, accounting, tax, and financial personnel
• Oversee monthly revenue settlement processes, manage project costs against budgets, and collaborate with project accountants to monitor bank accounts
• Conduct performance engineering to assess solar and BESS system performance, determine root causes of variances, and recommend remedial actions

This role contributes to decarbonizing the planet at the gigaton level by managing clean energy assets that provide millions of people with affordable, zero-emission energy day and night.

Required skills and qualifications:

• B.S. in Business or related discipline required
• At least 2 years' experience in Finance, Asset Management, or related field
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, and other MS Office suite products
• Understanding of interconnection and PPA processes with major California and Western utilities and ISOs
• Must be detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
