About the Role

Manager Agile Delivery

The Manager, Agile Delivery leads the organization's Agile Practice, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership and a hands-on coach for Agile teams. The incumbent is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling Agile methodologies across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds, leads, and develops a team of Scrum Masters to support enterprise-wide Agile adoption
• Partners with leadership to secure buy-in, remove organizational impediments, and drive cultural change necessary for Agile success
• Designs and implements standardized Agile frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization
• Creates and delivers comprehensive Agile training programs for various roles including executives, managers, and team members
• Coaches product owners, scrum masters, and development teams on effective implementation of Agile principles and practices
• Assists in the development and execution of the organization's Agile Delivery strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and IT initiatives
• Coaches and develops a team of professionals to assist in their development and attainment of necessary skills to lift performance
• Monitors staff performance and drives performance improvement initiatives and ensures that service levels meet or exceed agreed upon standards

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in an Agile environment that includes using SCRUM and other Agile techniques such as Kanban or Scrumban
• 4-7 years of supervisory-level experience
• 4-7 years of experience leading employees in a multi-team agile environment inclusive of project management
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification

• Demonstrated knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
