Manager, Advancement Data & Operations

• Strategize and plan Salesforce development and improvements to support Advancement goals and annual fundraising plan.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics, query and analyze data to surface insights.
• Oversee gift processing, data integrity, reconciliation, and train team members on Salesforce usage.
• Manage operational workflows, vendor relationships, and corporate partner commitments.

This role directly supports the fundraising that powers BEAM's work with students from underrepresented backgrounds in STEM, ensuring the organization has the resources to open doors and create equitable opportunities in STEM education.

• At least 3 years of experience with relational database management; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience querying, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategy.
• At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with technical teams on data infrastructure improvements.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and improving operational workflows and processes.
