Manager, Accounting

Core responsibilities:

• Manage the G/L team and oversee end-to-end close processes to produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Treasury, and Operations, implementing structure and internal controls to support rapid expansion
• Own the G/L and reconciliation functions while driving technical projects like new GAAP pronouncement adoption and growth initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed Month-End Close Schedule, assign tasks to team members, and lead close meetings

Required qualifications:

• University degree or College diploma in Finance or related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance professions
• 1+ years of people-managing experience
• CPA license and thorough understanding of US GAAP
• Experience managing complexities of multi-entity and multi-national organizations

Compensation and perks:

• Salary Range: $111,900 - 151,500
