Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage the G/L team and oversee end-to-end close processes to produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Treasury, and Operations, implementing structure and internal controls to support rapid expansion
- Own the G/L and reconciliation functions while driving technical projects like new GAAP pronouncement adoption and growth initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed Month-End Close Schedule, assign tasks to team members, and lead close meetings

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- University degree or College diploma in Finance or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance professions
- 1+ years of people-managing experience
- CPA license and thorough understanding of US GAAP
- Experience managing complexities of multi-entity and multi-national organizations
