Manager – IT Project

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end website, LMS and custom application development & support projects
• Manage vendor relationships including scope definition, content coordination, timeline adherence, and change request handling
• Lead and drive a team of developers, ensuring effective task allocation, progress tracking, and quality assurance
• Raise and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs), process vendor payments, and maintain documentation for audit and compliance

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT project management with focus on website, LMS and custom application development
• Proven experience in vendor coordination, project scoping, and change management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting
