Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the audit, organization, and standardization of internal documentation to improve clarity and accessibility across the team.
  • Document key processes, systems, and workflows by working closely with team members to capture how things actually operate.
  • Contribute to improving partner-facing resources by auditing existing materials and identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content.
  • Provide operational support during high-volume periods, including assisting with the partner help queue and supporting reporting scheduling needs.

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 21 years of age or older by July 14th, 2026.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership of work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with intermediate skills in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
