What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Prospect identification: Research and identify prospective individual donors within assigned regions and across the TCF USA network
- Portfolio management: Manage and grow a portfolio of major and mid-level donors, ensuring consistent communication, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Donor journey development: Design and execute personalized donor journeys that move supporters from initial engagement to sustained, long-term partnerships
- Collaboration: Work closely with TCF Pakistan, senior leadership, board members, and chapter leaders to align donor interests with programmatic priorities

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in nonprofit development, major gifts, or donor engagement
- Demonstrated success managing donor portfolios of 150-200 donors and securing five-figure gifts
- Experience building donor journeys and managing a fundraising pipeline
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Passion for education, international development, and TCF's mission
