Major Gifts Officer

Core responsibilities:

• Prospect identification: Research and identify prospective individual donors within assigned regions and across the TCF USA network
• Portfolio management: Manage and grow a portfolio of major and mid-level donors, ensuring consistent communication, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
• Donor journey development: Design and execute personalized donor journeys that move supporters from initial engagement to sustained, long-term partnerships
• Collaboration: Work closely with TCF Pakistan, senior leadership, board members, and chapter leaders to align donor interests with programmatic priorities

This role advances TCF USA's mission by mobilizing philanthropic support to provide quality education to underprivileged children in Pakistan, breaking cycles of poverty and empowering the next generation of leaders and change makers.

Required qualifications:

• 3 to 5 or more years of experience in nonprofit development, major gifts, or donor engagement
• Demonstrated success managing donor portfolios of 150-200 donors and securing five-figure gifts
• Experience building donor journeys and managing a fundraising pipeline
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Passion for education, international development, and TCF's mission
