Mission
What you will drive
- Manage and develop a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects, deepening relationships through in-person, phone, and written communications.
- Develop and implement annual major donor cultivation and solicitation action plans, including prospecting and upgrading donors.
- Collaborate with the Head of Philanthropy, Executive Director, and board members to secure meetings, coordinate donor events, and manage follow-up.
- Support pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and budgeting for the major gifts program.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in individual major gift fundraising (or Associate's degree with 7+ years).
- Proven success in face-to-face cultivation and solicitation of major donors, with experience managing a portfolio of donors contributing $10,000+ annually.
- Proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems (Virtuous preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to travel regularly.
