Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Grow the organization's resources through innovative fundraising strategies and effective donor communications
- Lead efforts to engage and cultivate current and prospective major donors to increase contributed revenue
- Actively manage a portfolio of donor prospects including all aspects of moves management
- Develop and execute event strategies to use ACS events as fundraising vehicles
- Implement a data-driven annual giving solicitation system to improve performance metrics

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Five or more years of successful fundraising experience with increasing responsibility
- Record of accomplishment in fundraising with experience developing or growing a major gifts program
- Experience with planned gifts and endowments desired
- Experience building relationships with diverse constituencies
- Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Commitment to ACS's mission and vision, experience in pro-democracy field a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
