What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 100-150 individual donors and prospects with the capacity to give $50,000+ annually
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through personalized strategies, consistent outreach, and meaningful engagement opportunities
- Develop tailored proposals, briefings, and ask strategies in collaboration with the Director, Individual Giving, senior leadership, and program experts
- Maintain accurate and detailed donor records in the CRM (specifically Salesforce), ensuring timely documentation of interactions and moves management activities

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of fundraising experience, particularly in individual giving or major gifts fundraising
- Proven success managing a portfolio of major donors and securing six- and seven-figure gifts through strategic cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and build trust with high-capacity donors
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with experience developing compelling proposals, briefings, and donor materials
- Comfort with CRM systems and donor database (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, etc.)
